Simon Reeve has been inundated with support from his fans after sharing a heart scan and worrying news.He shared that the scan took place at Royal Devon Hospital to determine if there had been "any vegetation growth" on the organ after Simon was struck by an "exotic illness".He wrote: "My heart.
