The Israel-Hamas war is approaching its eighth month following the terrorist group's Oct. 7 attack. Hamas members killed more than 1,200 people and took nearly 250 hostages at the time. Israel has expanded its offensive in Rafah, a city in the southern Gaza Strip, while insisting Hamas is hiding among civilians. Biden warned Netanyahu against entering the city, from which more than 1 million civilians fled before Israel launched a series of airstrikes.
