Jim Bognet, a Trump-endorsed Republican congressional candidate in Pennsylvania’s Eighth Congressional District, said unseating “lap dog” Rep. Matt Cartwright (D-PA) in November “will be a giant repudiation of the Biden-Pelosi agenda.”
