The children, aged between 10 and 12, were celebrating their last day of school when a gust of wind suddenly lifted the inflatable into the air.
Four children have died and another four are critically injured after they fell from a bounce house that had been blown in the air on a tragic last day of school in Australia. Two of the deceased were girls and two were boys.
The grade five and six students had fallen from a height of about 30 feet when wind blew the inflatable into the air at Hillcrest Primary School in Devonport, in north-west Tasmania at around 10 a.m. Thursday local time.
