Matt McClelan took a no-hitter into the seventh inning in shutting out Clark 6-0 to clinch a District 28-6A playoff spot for Brandeis

The Broncos swept the season series against Clark and will wrap up the regular season against Reagan, the second-place team in 28-6A, Thursday. Going into the Reagan game, Brandeis sits in third place, one game ahead of both Clark and Churchill, who is 9-6 in 28-6A after beating Marshall, 9-2, in the early game at Hardin Athletic Complex on Tuesday. Churchill can clinch a playoff spot with a win over LEE on Thursday.
McClenan got support from the Brandeis bats, as the Broncos pounded out 12 hits led by outfielder Christian Hallmark, who went 2-for-3 with two triples and two RBIs.
