Alessia Neboso, a beautician from Naples, Italy, died after going under the knife in the hopes of wearing a cleavage-baring wedding dress during her forthcoming nuptials. She was 21.
Her all-dressed-in-white dreams became her fiancé’s worst nightmare.
“Alessia had always had a complex about her small breasts, even though they weren’t really that small. In fact, in my opinion, they were almost perfect,” said the insider. “But she didn’t want to listen to advice and had made up her mind to have it done; she didn’t care what others said.” Late bride-to-be Alessia Neboso, 21, a beautician from Naples, Italy, died after undergoing breast augmentation surgery in the hopes of wearing a low-cut wedding dress during her forthcoming nuptials.Against the wishes of her loved ones, Neboso arranged to have her breasts enlarged at a local clinic on September 11. Following the procedure, the brunette was discharged from the medical facility the same day.
