According to Spears's attorney, Matthew Rosengart, the singer's assets will now be transferred from the singer's conservator to her personal trust. No medical evaluation of Spears was requested in order for the termination of the conservatorship to be approved. In addition, Rosengart reportedly said that a"safety net" will be put in place to assure the safety of the star's finances.
