While the poll is good news for Jenkins, there are some caveats.

If no candidate receives more than 50% of the votes, the contest goes into"Round 2" where the last-place candidate is eliminated, and voters who ranked that candidate as their first choice will have their second-choice votes counted. This process will continue until someone hits the 50% vote threshold.
