Brooklyn, Queens neighborhoods on alert after burglary spree

The NYPD says the suspects have stolen multiple high-end vehicles, along with jewelry from residents in Whitestone and other neighborhoods.

Police are searching for a group of thieves accused of stealing cars in Brooklyn and Queens, making off with luxury cars, jewelry, and money.Residents of Whitestone in Queens are on high alert after a series of burglaries in the neighborhood.Home surveillance video given to FOX 5 NY shows the suspects getting into one resident's BMW and then attempting to break into her home.

The suspects are wanted for stealing vehicles, including a Porsche, an Audi, and several BMWs and Mercedes-Benz vehicles.
