A suspect police believe is behind Monday's deadly U-Haul truck rampage in Brooklyn is set to be arraigned Tuesday.
Investigators believe 62-year-old Weng Sor is behind the rampage that killed at least one person and injured eight others, according to a report.New York Police Department officials have yet to announce a motive for Sor, who does have a criminal history, but they do not believe he was inspired by any terrorist ideology.

Sor was finally stopped when an NYPD cruiser boxed the truck in near the Brooklyn-Battery Tunnel, police said."What we saw today is a clear example why, every moment of every day, the NYPD must be prepared for every possibility," NYPD Commissioner Keechant Sewell said.
