Buffalo Bills head coach Sean McDermott believes it's 'narrow-minded' to say his team hasn't succeeded without a Super Bowl title.

The Buffalo Bills were irrelevant for most of the new century. Buffalo was down in the dumps, as they would get embarrassed year after year by Tom Brady and the New England Patriots and the rest of the league. However, that changed when they hired head coach Sean McDermott in 2017 to make him the 19th head coach in franchise history.Since he was hired and the addition of quarterback Josh Allen, the Bills have become a powerhouse in the AFC and a Super Bowl hopeful year in and year out.

But we're all looking for Josh to really be that face of the franchise, like he's been, and continuing to evolve, like he's always done.'Under McDermott, this is the most success Buffalo has endured since the early 1990s teams. They've won the AFC East four years in a row, as McDermott has led the Bills to a 73-41 record, a win percentage of 64%. However, his playoff record is a different story.
