Mississippi State is set to face Illinois in the ReliaQuestBowl in Tampa later this month. JackByersRivals has more on the match up:

The Fighting Illini are in the midst of their best season since 2007 with an 8-4 record and are headed to their first bowl game since 2019. In year two under Bret Bielema, the Illini have been the top-scoring defense in the nation allowing only 12.25 points per game. It'll be an interesting matchup for Mike Leach's Air Raid offense going up against a defense allowing only 164.5 passing yards per game.
