The 101-year-old woman was taken to the hospital with a wound to her arm, police say.
CLEVELAND, Ohio — A 101-year-old woman was wounded late Thursday night when a bullet was fired through the floor of an apartment in the Mount Pleasant neighborhood.
Police say that about 10 p.m., a weapon was fired on the second floor of an apartment on the 3600 block of East 151st Street. The bullet went through the floor and hit the victim in the arm in the apartment below. The woman was taken to University Hospitals. A male was arrested at the scene and a firearm was confiscated, police say. No other information was released early Friday morning.
