Cyrus Hernandez is suspected of setting three fires over two days in the same Burbank neighborhood.
BURBANK — An 18-year-old Burbank man was arrested early Friday morning in connection with a recent series of fires that authorities say were intentionally set.
According to police, the first fire occurred on July 15 about 9:15 p.m. in the 1700 block of Chandler Boulevard. The third fire occurred on July 16 about 11:30 p.m. on the 1300 block of Chandler Boulevard, police said.
