The Fast Food Council is due to meet later this month to see a 3.5% hike in the minimum wage for workers at quick service restaurants in the state.

Four other seats are held by franchise owners or lawyers representing popular chains El Pollo Loco, Taco Bell, Arby’s, Wendy’s and Krispy Kreme in the state.Serena Williams' husband, Reddit co-founder reveals surprising disease diagnosis despite no symptomsThe swing vote that could decide the matter is council chair Nicholas Hardeman, chief of staff for California Senate President pro Tempore Emeritus Toni G.
