Birmingham’s Capstone Building Corp. has begun work on a $35.4 million residential project in Atlanta’s historic Sweet Auburn district.
McAuley Station will be built in Atlanta's Sweet Auburn district, just north of Decatur Street and MARTA's King Memorial station.
From developer Pennrose, in partnership with Saint Joseph’s Health System, Inc. , the project will be the first phase of the McAuley Park community. It will feature studio, one- and two-bedroom apartment homes. The complex will also include a five-story parking deck with 312 spaces, deck amenity area, bocce ball court, activity and computer center, fitness center and a clubhouse/community room.
