Hosting last week’s special report outside the US Capitol, Dokoupil looked fidgety, wearing an oversize parka and clasping his ungloved hands periodically as he lobbed questions at CBS News White House correspondent Nancy Cordes and Justice and Homeland Security correspondent Jeff Pegues.
