The sauce is made with celeriac, making it not only creamy and delicious, but a brilliant way to add more veg into your meal. Topped with juicy king prawns tossed in chimichurri sauce, this pasta dish is sure to impress.
We've created this recipe with gigli or 'campanelle' pasta, which is a gorgeous ruffled shape that clings to the celeriac sauce like a total dream, but you can use casarecce or even fusilli as an alternative.Put the celeriac, milk, bay leaf, black peppercorns, and a pinch of flaky sea salt into a medium-sized saucepan over a medium heat. Bring to the boil, then turn the heat down and simmer, stirring occasionally to ensure the milk does not boil over, for 10 minutes.
