Celina OKs annexation to prep for Sutton Fields East, adding 450 homes to the growth surge.

The Celina City Council recently approved the annexation and zoning of 110 acres for a new 450-home development.

Sutton Fields East will be located north of Frontier Parkway and east of Bothwell Boulevard. The development, which will be built in two phases, is just east of“This project continues the same development pattern as the existing Sutton Fields neighborhood,” said Celina Planning Director Madhuri Mohan. “There will be an amenity center, which will have an open shade structure, playground, bathrooms and a swimming pool.
