Vladimir Iakomi was charged by Pennsylvania State Police for an incident troopers say occurred Sept. 30.
A Lancaster County doctor has been charged with indecent assault after Pennsylvania State Police say he inappropriately touched a patient during an office visit.
The victim fell asleep and awoke roughly 30 minutes later to find herself lying in a different direction with Iakomi “aggressively rubbing and squeezing the victim’s lower back and buttock area,” state troopers wrote in their arrest release.
