Warmer weather is preparing to make a brief return to the midstate after Monday’s snow, sleet and freezing rain.said temperatures will climb to about 50. More than 20 mph winds are possible during the day.

The sun will come out Wednesday as highs reach the mid 50s, forecasters said. Temperatures will be in the low 60s by Thursday, according to the NWS. Temperatures will drop back into the mid 40s while rain falls late Thursday night and all day Friday, forecasters said.Cloudy, with a high near 49.
