Aimed at professionals who want to travel abroad, Remote Year has created programs that allow participants to embrace their wanderlust―without quitting their jobs. Remote Year helps coordinate the experience, which can range from 4 months to a year, with workers’ existing employers.
Remote Year allowed me to make this type of opportunity, of working while traveling, a possibility for thousands of people.I like to be active to decompress and I love to walk. I try to spend a good portion of my day, which is sucked up frequently by calls, not sitting down at a desk in front of a computer, but moving around a little bit. I put in my [earbuds], jump on the phone, and walk around cities, explore, see what's going on.
