The market features a wide selection of local and organic items such as farm-raised, stress-free chicken eggs, produce, beer, wine, and Noah Hester’s own sauces.The butcher shop offers premium cuts of meat, such as Texas-raised Wagyu beef, grass-fed ribeyes, and a custom dry-aging program that allows customers to select the cut of meat they want and age it to their personal specifications.
Noah Hester is also brand director for Bradshaw Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey, made in Kentucky, and corporate chef for RNC Entertainment.
