According to Zimmern,"we know the restaurant and food community is going to be more effective" if human immigration policies are put in place. "We know it's going to affect every meal that you have and every ingredient that you buy at the supermarket. It's not a matter of if, it's a matter of when, and we are already seeing the first trickles in the labor shortage right now," he said.
