'Dishing with Julia Child' looks back at some of the chef’s most beloved episodes from her series 'The French Chef' with commentary from Jacques Pépin, José Andrés, Carla Hall, and more.

"Julia Child pioneered what cooking shows have become today and to get a once-in-a-lifetime look at how she inspired the master chefs of today is truly a treat,” Andrea Downing, co-president of PBS Distribution, said in a statement.

The show will stream on PBS Living as well as PBS Passport starting February 28—the broadcast premiere, on the other hand, will be spread across three Fridays in April. “The Whole Fish Story” and “The Good Loaf” will launch on April 3, “Your Own French Onion Soup” and “Boeuf Bourguignon” will air on April 10, and finally, “The Potato Show” and “To Roast a Chicken” will close out the series on April 17.
