She said Linlo Properties in Camp Hill wants to consolidate two units on the property to accommodate theThe Mills at Shepherdstown includes two apartment buildings with 54 units along with retail space and a 40-seat Burger King. Plans submitted to Upper Allen Township show Gettysburg Road as the main access into the development.
In Lower Paxton Township, Chick-fil-A wants to open a smaller, 2,900 square-foot format restaurant where Arby’s is located on Jonestown Road with three drive-thru lanes, outdoor seating with a walk-up window and 34 parking spaces.
