Brunswick Hills Township Police DepartmentA man reported being bitten by a dog in the parking lot of a Mark’s Road bar Sept. 9. The man said he was approached by two Chihuahuas and bitten by one when he tried to pet the other. Police contacted the owner and advised him of local leash laws, adding that they had received previous reports of the man letting his dogs off his property. The owner reportedly said the dogs were up to date on shots but were not registered with Medina County.

Police recover stolen car from foreign suspect: Bainbridge Township police blotterPolice found a car Sept. 4 reported stolen two days earlier in Cleveland. The car was parked at the Bainbridge Township Waterway station. When a man returned to the car he was questioned and arrested. The subject is believed to be 35 years old from Honduras. He was charged with receiving stolen property and was transported to the Geauga County jail. The vehicle was returned to its owner.
