A 2-year-old child was struck in the head by a stray bullet Monday while playing outside a Spanish Fork day care, police said Tuesday.
When the child was struck, they “appeared to stumble” and were seen “bleeding from the face,” a news release states. The child was transferred to Primary Children’s Hospital. Their condition wasn’t specified but they are considered stable, the release states. They haven’t been identified.
