Last week Chloë Sevigny married her husband Siniša Mačković in a star-studded ceremony. She was still riding that high yesterday after the fetish-packed and money-slathered Balenciaga show at the New York Stock Exchange . Basking in that post-wedding glow while wearing a floral print dress by the French house in the sweltering heat, Sevigny cracked a joke about her look, “Is it too Connecticut?”Her look wasn’t Metro North in the least.
“My favorite part about the Balenciaga show was sitting next to my new husband!” Sevigny quipped.Aside from her spouse, Sevigny favored the stellar men’s outerwear in the show. “I wear his coats,” she said, pointing to Mačković and his jacket with zippable and removable sleeves. Of course the actor, who is a New York landmark of her own, found plenty of charm in the show’s Big Apple–themed soundtrack. “I love the rendition of ‘New York, New York,’” she said.
