Chris Cuomo calls Sylvester Stallone ‘cartoonish fool’: ‘I don’t love his characters’
Chris Cuomo isn’t a fan of Sylvester Stallone.
The former CNN anchor described the movie star — known for his roles in films like “Rocky,” “Creed” and “Rambo” — as a “cartoonish fool.”Podcast host Adam Friedland then shifted gears and asked Cuomo, 52, whether his former co-worker Wolf Blitzer ever had his “penis out under the desk.”The Adam Friedland Show/Youtube
The NewsNation anchor responded “no” and added, “I called him ‘the captain’ when I was there. He was the exemplar of everything we wanted to be. The guy works his a– off and he’s a good man.” Friedland jokingly chimed back in, “He’s like a Stallone character,” to which Cuomo replied, “[But] instead of being a cartoonish fool, Blitzer is just an earnest good guy.”Stallone is known for roles like “Rocky” and “Rambo.”Cuomo conceded that he simply wasn’t a fan of the characters the actor, 76, has portrayed on the big screen.
