Bedrock envisions a massive expansion of the Tower City Center area by adding 2,000 housing units, 850,000 square feet of office space and a 12-acre park. If realized, the project would connect Public Square to the Cuyahoga River.

The $3 million, approved without any “no” votes, will be headed to Bedrock, a company headed by Cleveland Cavaliers owner Dan Gilbert, which will contribute roughly $4.2 million toward improvements necessary for the 15 to 20-year project.
