CLEVELAND, Ohio – Cleveland Hopkins International Airport continues to place near the bottom in a ranking of similarly sized airports, according to a national study of traveler satisfaction.
Overall, customer satisfaction numbers declined in 2022, as travel demand surged amid staff shortages, flight cancellations and price increases. * parking issues; a large increase in travelers complained both about a shortage of parking as well as the cost. While its survey scores have increased in recent years, Cleveland Hopkins consistently ranks below most of the 18 medium-sized airports in the U.S.
