CLEVELAND, Ohio – A man accused in the slaying of his child’s mother and the kidnapping of his daughter surrendered to his authorities on Monday., 34. Local, state and federal authorities searched for him involving the allegations.
On Wednesday, police found Jovon Lynch dead in the passenger side of a vehicle on Huntmere Avenue, near East 161st Street, in Cleveland’s North Collinwood neighborhood. She had suffered from a gunshot wound to the head. Police also discovered that a 7-year-old girl was missing. Authorities accused Joshua Lynch of the shooting, and officials allege that he took the couple’s daughter in a different vehicle. The girl was dropped off at the Elyria Police Station unharmed, police said.
