Lawyer for Hadley Gamble said she filed a sexual harassment and sex discrimination complaint at the company; Mr. Shell has said he had an inappropriate relationship with an employeeCNBC International anchor Hadley Gamble accused former NBCUniversal Chief Executive Jeff Shell of sexual harassment and sex discrimination in a complaint to the company, a lawyer for Ms. Gamble said Monday.
NBCUniversal parent Comcast Corp. said Sunday that Mr. Shell was exiting after an investigation into a complaint that he engaged in inappropriate conduct.
