Griffin, 44, of Stamford, Connecticut, was arrested on Friday and faces three counts.
The mother and the 9-year-old flew from Nevada to Boston in July 2020. Prosecutors say Griffin picked them up from the airport and drove them to his house in Ludlow, Vermont.
Other allegations include that Griffin tried to entice two other children over the internet to engage in sexual activity. In June 2020, he also allegedly suggested the purported mother of a 16-year-old daughter to come to his ski house"for sexual training involving the child."
