What specific actions would you support to improve affordability for Coloradans, whether aimed at housing costs, tax burdens or other impacts? Colorado has set specific climate pollution reduction goals for major sectors of the economy – I was a lead sponsor of a major bill for this in 2021 – and we must meet these goals, with more aggressive legislation and/or rule-making if necessary. This may mean taking on powerful interests at the capitol – I hope readers demand that their elected officials, of whatever party, do that.
