The warning, right on the restaurant’s bill of fare, which includes a $39 ribeye steak drenched in herb butter and house recipe crab cakes served with a remoulade sauce, reads bluntly: “Adult surcharge: For adults unable to parent $$$.”According to online reviews, the restaurant has been charging the fee for some time now — however, the recent resurfacing has now sparked a heated discussion.
Another said: “Just say no kids…? Kids can be annoying, but they’re unpredictable because they’re KIDS.”
