delicious chicken sandwich.1) Slice the baked potatoes into french fries and fry in 350 degree oil until golden. Remove from the frying and place them on a baking sheet. Season with salt and pepper or your favorite seasoning, set aside.
2) Cut the fully cooked chicken breasts in pieces and place in your food processor. Finely chop the chicken breasts. Add 2 eggs to the chopped chicken and pulse together again to combine everything.4) In a shallow bowl, mix the flour, cornstarch, onion powder, garlic powder, black pepper and salt together until well combined.6) Carefully dredge the newly formed chicken patties in the flour mixture and the egg mixture and back into the flour mixture. Deep fry until golden brown.
7) Build your sandwiches as desired with mayonnaise, onions, cheese, tomatoes and serve with the homemade french fries on the side.
