The suspect was able to flee the scene and elude the police. Police later found individuals who were struck by gunfire. The Georgia Bureau of Investigation has been called in to investigate the incident. Police Chief Freddie Blackmon confirmed that he had ordered an internal investigation after learning of the video circulating on social media.
