Court challenge filed seeking to have Mastriano, Perry removed from May primary ballot
The Army Heritage and Education Center hosts a Carlisle Barracks-Cumberland County Commemoration for 9-11-2001, to honor those who lost their lives 20 years ago, first responders and military and veterans who served that day and since then, families who have lost loved ones; and federal, state, and local employees who have dedicated themselves in the past 20 years to safeguard fellow citizens. He contends the two violated their oaths to support the U.S. Constitution by engaging in subversive activities leading up to the storming of the Capitol and the violence that ensued. Was with former state Rep. Rick Saccone when the latter encouraged insurrections to storm the Capitol. Even if he is successful, their names still would appear on the primary ballot because it is too late to remove them, said Forrest Lehman, Lycoming County elections director said.
