Two additional suspects have been indicted in connection with a deadly Calumet Township bank robbery that left an Illinois security guard dead, court records show.
Kenyon Hawkins, 34, and Briana White, 27, were named, according to federal court records. U.S. District Magistrate Judge Andrew Rodovich approved unsealing their indictments on May 10, records show.James King and Hailey Gist-Holden, both 25, were both indicted previously. Documents allege Gist-Holden shot the guard, while King went inside to rob the bank.
The guard was later identified as Richard Castellana, 55, of Tinley Park, Illinois, by the Lake County Coroner’s Office., of Miami, was the first suspect charged — in Lake Superior Court — before federal prosecutors stepped in and indicted him days after the robbery.
