We've always been taught that our government structure is built around the concepts of separation of powers and checks and balances. No one branch can have unlimited power or abuse its power. How does that apply to the Supreme Court?
Who is the authority when the Supreme Court acts in a questionable way constitutionally or, even more dangerously, is overly partisan? It is Congress. A branch of government that is partisan by design making oversight an empty promise.
