Parsons played basketball and handed out T-shirts, hats and other apparel to kids as part of the program.
“For me, it’s always life-changing,” Parsons said of going to the Boys & Girls Club in“[It’s] a place to go to during the day [to] hoop, pool, foosball, just hung out with a lot of friends growing up. [There was a] corner store right across the street. It took up a lot of our time. It had AC. You’re not outside in the heat. A place you really connected with your friends.”Micah Parsons is part of a cool event today at Boys and Girls Club in Grand Prairie.
