Video from a Washington State Department of Transportation camera shows two cars rolled over onto their roofs.SEATTLE — A two-car rollover crash has blocked all lanes of southbound Interstate 5 on the Ship Canal Bridge in Seattle’s University District and a missing driver is believed to have been ejected into the water below, according to the Seattle Fire Department.

The Seattle Fire Department tweeted that water rescue teams were sent to Fifth Avenue Northeast and Northeast Northlake Way near Ivar’s Salmon House for a possible person in the water below the bridge. The other driver at the scene, a 22-year-old man, was arrested on suspicion of DUI, WSP Trooper Rick Johnson said.
