Fort Worth police said there was a “critical police incident” Wednesday evening in West Fort Worth.
Police said they would release more details soon about the incident, which occurred near the intersection of Olive and Hemsell places. A police official referred to the incident as an officer-involved shooting in an email but did not provide additional details. According to a police call log, officers had responded to a domestic disturbance call in the 3200 block of Olive about 8:30 p.m. It was unclear whether that incident was related to the shooting..
