A bitcoin exchange-traded fund is long overdue, according to a new report from crypto lobbying group The Chamber of Digital Commerce, which faults the U.S.
Securities and Exchange Commission for depriving investors. The Chamber of Digital Commerce founder & CEO Perianne Boring breaks down the report, saying the SEC is a “disclosure regulator, not a merit regulator,” so it “should not be picking winners and losers.”
