L-Tronics is a 33-year-old company that manufactures printed circuit assemblies, wire harnesses, and OEM electrical mechanical devices. The transaction was completed in December. Terms of the deal weren’t disclosed.

Niche has operated from its 20,000-square-foot headquarters in Shippensburg since 1997 and has had a 21, 000-square-foot facility in Sarasota, Florida since 2016.
