He is facing extradition.CUMBERLAND COUNTY, Pa. — A Cumberland County man was arrested in Carlisle yesterday after authorities in Virginia contacted Middlesex Township police with an arrest warrant for his participation in a street takeover last weekend.

Also known as bangers, street takeovers usually involve a large crowd gathered to watch people driving recklessly in circles, according to WUSA9. Heckard allegedly was part of a crowd that swarmed a police officer's cruiser as she tried to disperse people gathered behind a warehouse around 3 a.m. on March 31,. The revelers are accused of attempting to remove the police car's license plate, brandishing a rifle and jumping and banging on the cruiser.

More officers arrived to control the scene, and one was allegedly hit and suffered a minor wrist injury as one of the drivers tried to escape.it arrested him at a home on Liam Lane in Carlisle yesterday, April 4. He faces felony charges of abduction, wearing a mask in certain places, assault on a law enforcement officer and obstruction of justice.
