Cynar-Berry Spritz

Add a little more flavor to your spritz.

3 oz. unsweetened 100% cranberry juice, chilledFill a wine glass three quarters full with ice. Pour the cranberry juice, Cynar, and prosecco over the ice. Gently stir to combine. Twist the lemon peel over the drink and drop it in.

For a zero-proof drink, fill a wine glass three quarters full with ice. Pour 3 oz. Lurisia chinotto, 1½ oz. unsweetened cranberry juice, a squeeze of lime, and 1–2 oz. tonic water over the ice. Gently stir to combine. Taste and add a splash of simple syrup, if desired, and garnish as directed.
