“She is totally fine and expected to make a full recovery,” Assistant Chief Leslie Parsons said during a Friday news conference. The sounds of gunfire were captured by home surveillance cameras on the block and shared with local CBS affiliate WUSA.One of the errant bullets went through a Dunbar High window and injured the girl inside a classroom, according to court documents.
